Get my Art
Displaying my artwork is a great way to enjoy wonderful, decorative, abstract
art in your home or business without spending a lot of money.
There are two ways to get my art. The first and easiest is to download the
work of your choice for FREE. I have decided to make all my work from
2006 and all future work in 2007 available as a high-resolution JPEGs. You
can print these high-resolution images at home, upload to one of the Internet
photo printing services ( I recommend the Kodak Gallery), or take to your
local camera store, Walmart, or drug store digital photo center. These image
files are great for printing up to 16 x 20 inches and are the equivalent quality
of a 7 megapixel digital camera (they are large 7-10 megs).
Unlike prints of paintings, I create my art specifically for making prints. Thus,
you will be displaying my art in the format that I intended it to be displayed.
It will take me a little while to get all the HiRes files uploaded. So, if you see
an image in my gallery that you want to download and it is not available on my
Free Download page, just email me the name of the image you want and I will
upload the HiRes file and send you the link. My goal is to have all the files
uploaded by the end of March 2007. A list of files ready for immediate
download can be found on the Free Download page.
You are permitted to use these files to make prints for your own personal use.
You are not permitted to sell the files or prints, distribute the files, or use the
files or prints for any commercial purpose. I maintain all rights to my images.
Also, I ask that you leave my name and website visible when you display the
prints.
The other way to enjoy my art is to purchase the prints directly. I have
thoroughly investigated the print service that I use, ArtWanted, and the prints
from this service are of exceptional quality and will last for many years.
ArtWanted (www.artwanted.com/sciartist): Artwanted prints are produced
with Fuji Hunt Chemicals on Fujicolor Crystal Archive professional
photographic paper. This is a very high quality process that you would find in
most pro-labs with a very long life before any fading occurs. ArtWanted can
print my artwork on your choice of glossy, matte, or Lustre finish/paper in a
variety of sizes. Just to clarify, ArtWanted prints are not ink jet prints. They
are similar to what you would see if you developed a roll of film from your
camera, but much higher quality.
